Trafficking Humans for Sex - especially minors - is a tragedy taking place across our nation every day. The weakest and most vulnerable among us are sold and sold again by criminals who exploit their victims for profit while weak laws fail to deter or prosecute those who pay to abuse others.
After nearly disappearing in the 90s, the spread of child sexual abuse material exploded with the rise of the internet, while child sex trafficking increased with exposure to a greater market online. Today, the problem is complex and still growing.
In 2004 there were 450,000 files* - in 2015 there are 25 million files*
