And if you prefer to read about it-here it is: We have a grand plan with entertainment, our legendary auction, a delicious, sustainable and locally sourced meal prepared by Chef Didier, meaningful networking and a powerful program. Since it has been a while we have all been together, we offer some friendly suggestions as you plan for your day: -
The luncheon will be celebrated in the ballroom of the Hilton Miami Downtown, 1601 Biscayne Boulevard. Traffic is heavy as there is construction near-by. Please allow ample time to travel to the event. -
You may self-park in the large garage (follow the signs for ballroom level parking) or valet.
Self-Parking is $10 per vehicle, Valet Parking is $20 per vehicle -
Please arrive early to support shorter lines at registration. Registration, silent auction, networking and entertainment begin at 11:00 a.m., luncheon and programming begins at noon. The event will conclude by 2:00, but networking and entertainment will continue until 3:00pm for those who would like to continue your conversations. -
We encourage you to register here now for the wonderful auction-some items already sold, but more being added daily. It is live now, will end at 1:00pm 4/8 and items ready for pick up at 1:45pm. -
We are following CDC guidelines and, as such, masks are not required, but are suggested for those who are unvaccinated or feel vulnerable to COVID-19 exposure. We will have hand sanitizer on hand throughout the venue for your convenience. -
For those with allergies or dietary restrictions, a vegan, gluten free, dairy free meal will be available. Finally, after the luncheon, we would love your feedback. We will email a survey and ask that you take a few moments to offer your thoughts. This is YOUR Women’s Fund and we want to hear how we can best serve your interests.
